PLEASE NOTE THAT POSTPARTUM SUPPORT LOOKS DIFFERENT FOR EVERY FAMILY AND YOUR NEEDS MAY CHANGE ON A REGULAR BASIS. WE WILL WORK TOGETHER TO MAKE SURE YOUR HEALING STAGE AND ADJUSTMENT TO THIS NEW CHAPTER IS AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE! - Virtual or in-person consultation - 1 prenatal visit to discuss postpartum plan - Available 24/7 via text and email once you reach full term (37 weeks - 42 weeks gestation) - Light housekeeping such as cleaning, laundry, etc. - Guidance with physical and emotional support to help with healing after childbirth - Assist with creating a new routine to help mom and the family adjust to the new baby - Support with feeding/latching - Help older siblings with getting familiar with their new role as big brother or big sister - Care for baby while you rest (This includes bathing, feeding and changing diapers) - Self care kit including herbal teas, body oils, salves and more made with love to assist with labor and postpartum healing -$50 THE FIRST HOUR; $35 EVERY ADDITIONAL HOUR THIS PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE BIRTH ATTENDANCE
